Raspberry Ketones

Since the start of my weight loss process I know there was going to be a time where I hit a wall and just couldn't seem to get any more weight of and I didn't want to give in! So I went to Holland and Barrett to see if they would have anything that would help with my diet and the lady kindly showed me theses obviously I didn't think they was going to perform miracles! so I thought I would give them a try! so I followed what the label said, which was to ensure you eat healthily and do some form of exercise and take two capsules a day with meals, so I did this and this week just gone I broke the wall and loss two pound! I recommend theses capsules to you if you are not taking any other medication or have any health issues, however you must follow the guidelines you must also be an adult to take these, and if your pregnant please seek medical advise before taking any different vitamin's I only recommend these as there made out of natural substances! If you have any worries that you are not suppose to take these please seek medical advise! and ensure you read the label!

                                                      Hope this helps C x

new make up buys!

Yesterday I couldn't help but to buy these as they were all on offer in asda! but not only that I have been wanting to try "baby skin instant pore eraser" by Maybelline for ages! so here's my review on each of these beauty products hope its helpful.

The first thing I am going to talk about is the "baby skin instant pore eraser" by Maybelline that is currently on offer in Asda for six pound instead of eight pound. This primer feels so lovely on your skin and it also makes your skin look smooth with out it feeling heavy on your skin I would defiantly recommend you all try this out defiantly worth the price I will be buying this again!

The next thing I brought was Rimmel "lasting finish foundation" which is currently on offer in asda for five pound! I brought this foundation in ivory as I am extremely pale. This foundation also feels nice on your skin it also leaves you blemish free leaving your skin looking smooth I would highly recommend this foundation.
The last thing I brought was Mybelline powder "matte maker" which is also on offer in asda for only three pound fifty! this also makes your skin look nice but be careful not to put to much on as it can look to much!

My quick and easy make up routine.

Everyone needs a quick and easy make routine, especially one you can use during the weekdays for work! Well here's mine it takes just under ten minutes which isn't long compared to others, this is especially important for those who like to stay in bed as long as possible.

The first thing I do is apply NIVEA primer to my skin to ensure my face make up stays on nicely, I use the Nivea primer that is for dry and sensitive skin you can buy this from Superdrug or boots for around five pound its really good as it doesn't dry your skin out and it leaves It feel soft.

once I have done that I then apply my eye shadow I use Rimmel London "glam eyes (Smokey burn)" which is a mix of light and dark browns, you can buy this from any make up shop for around six pound I like these colours as they suite anybody.once I have done my eye shadow I then apply my mascaras I use two as the brushes are completely different, the two mascaras I use are "volume million lashes" by Loreal which costs about ten pounds depending on where you by it from. The second mascara I use is "The colossal go extreme volume" by Maybelline that costs around seven pound there both extremely good you just have to find the one you like. After I have done my eyes I then apply my brow pencil which is key for me! I use the "hazel pencil" by Rimmel which I find very good and it only costs around three pound!

The last thing I do is apply my face make up which includes two foundations that I find very good for different reasons the first one I use as a base is "wake me up" by Rimmel it leaves my skin looking extremely soft this foundation cost around nine pound. The second foundation I use is "ivory dream matt mouse" by Maybelline this foundation is also very good it leaves me with no make up lines (which I hate) it cost around eight pound. I then finish of my make up with my soap and glory "powder tray" which costs around twenty pound but it last so long its got to be my favourite make up powder yet!
I then finish of my look with Avon true red lipstick which stays on for ages! and its only five pound!
